Sales Professional
The role of Senior Business Development Manager is a key position in our organization. As part of the team, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities in strategic vertical industries.
This includes developing relationships with clients to understand their needs, creating proposals that meet those needs, and negotiating mutually beneficial contract terms.
* You will leverage your industry knowledge to build strategic sales plans that establish us as a leading vendor in new logo accounts.
* Developing a deep understanding of our products, services, customers, and the EHS and risk industry is crucial for this role.
* You will develop strategies to support the achievement of sales goals and continuously seek sales opportunities within assigned accounts.
* The sales process involves executing and finalizing sales to meet bookings targets, handling financial and value selling information, and positioning our ROI and TCO positively.
* You will also sell strategic targeted products to meet assigned goals, maximize revenue for our products, and manage time and resources effectively.
* Maintaining performance standards while working remotely and accurately maintaining salesforce.com (CRM) with pipeline and activity information are essential aspects of this role.
* Excellent communication and presentation skills are required to coordinate and work well with diverse teams.
About the Job:
We are looking for a highly experienced sales professional with a proven track record of success in SaaS environments. You should have minimum 7-10+ years of outside strategic sales experience, including networking, prospecting, and interacting with people at all levels of an organization.
A strong ability to convey a value proposition to clients, create presentations and complex proposals, and manage high-level contract negotiations is essential. Experience meeting or exceeding sales and revenue targets is also required.
In addition, excellent communication and presentation skills are necessary to communicate successfully with technical and non-technical audiences. Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software experience is preferred.
