About the role
Steinhardt & Associates is seeking a friendly and organised Receptionist/Admin to join our team in Gatton, Queensland. As a full-time role, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, providing exceptional customer service and administrative support to ensure the smooth running of our office.
What you'll be doing
* Managing a busy reception area, greeting clients and visitors with a warm and professional manner
* Answering and directing incoming telephone calls and emails
* General administrative tasks such as filing, photocopying, mail and data entry
* Assist with responding to ATO and client inquiries
* Regularly interacting with the ATO and ASIC by phone and electronically
* Providing support to other members of the team as required
* Having an opportunity to be involved in bookkeeping and BAS preparation for clients
What we're looking for
* Ideally, previous experience in a receptionist/admin role in a professional services environment
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact with clients and colleagues in a friendly and professional manner
* Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
* Proficient in using Microsoft Office suite, including Word, Excel and Outlook
* Experience using MYOB or Xero would be highly regarded
* A positive, can-do attitude and the ability to work well in a team
