Urban Planner Opportunity
This role supports the planning and delivery of landscape design documentation for public spaces.
* Undertake landscape design and drafting for various capital works projects in a diverse community setting.
* Assist with site investigations and preparation of design reports to ensure accurate information.
* Prepare cost estimates for landscape elements and support construction planning to meet quality standards.
* Liaise with stakeholders, residents, utilities, and government agencies to achieve project goals.
* Maintain accurate job costing records and adhere to quality standards.
* Support the team's use of design software and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
Requirements:
* A recently completed tertiary qualification in Landscape Architecture or a similar field.
* Some experience with landscape design and knowledge of relevant Australian Standards.
* Good drafting skills and ability to work with design software including AutoCAD and Adobe packages.
* Strong communication and organisational skills.
* C Class NSW Driver's Licence (Provisional P2 minimum).
* Previous work experience in the field is desirable.
