Our vision is to be the most respected privately owned company in our industry. We invest in new fleets, strong customer support and high professional standards. As our business grows, we are expanding the marketing team and have a position available for a motivated Marketing Coordinator.
This is a full-time, office-based role at our Canning Vale corporate office, Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm.
About the role
You will coordinate marketing activity across a portfolio of brands. You will support campaign planning, content development and reporting, while helping the team deliver consistent, high quality marketing outcomes. This role offers broad exposure, real responsibility and room to grow your skill set.
What you will do
Liaise with internal stakeholders and external partners, managing all marketing queries through the ticketing system
Maintain marketing databases, documentation and brand assets to meet brand guidelines
Manage marketing portals for uniforms, print, merchandise and machinery decals
Plan and coordinate events, trade shows and conferences
Support multi-channel campaigns that contribute to sales targets
Produce and share content including copy, images, videos and internal news
Report on campaign performance and prepare recommendations
Track analytics to measure traffic, engagement and sales using tools such as Google Analytics and Facebook Insights
Track expenses and process marketing invoices
Who you are
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications or a related field
2-3 years' experience in a similar role
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Proficient with social media platforms including LinkedIn, Facebook and Instagram
Comfortable using marketing and design tools such as Mailchimp, Adobe Creative Suite, CRM systems, Canva or Loomly
A self-starter with strong attention to detail who can work to deadlines
Able to build positive relationships with stakeholders
Photography or videography skills are valued but not essential
