Underpinning the organisation's strategy focused on margin-led growth and market expansion, is its renowned ethos of living up to its customers promise of "nothing is impossible".About the role Reporting to the CEO and working with the executive team, the Chief Growth Officer (CGO) owns the organisation's end-to-end revenue growth agenda, including sales growth, pipeline development, and customer acquisition. This spans sales, customer strategy, and market expansion across domestic and international channels, expanding market footprint, and identifying new geographies, channels and distribution partnerships. Leading a high performing global sales team and driving sales capability, the CGO will define and execute the growth strategy, drive top‐line revenue performance, lead market entry and channel optimisation initiatives, and ensure growth in high-value product segments and value‐added offerings. A key focus will be unlocking new revenue streams across food service, QSR, ingredients and retail markets, and contributing to the enterprise strategy on revenue, margin and market positioning.About you You have experience in broad senior commercial sales, growth, or revenue leadership roles, with a proven track record of driving revenue growth in food or beverage commodity trading, manufacturing, or FMCG sectors, selling into multi‐channel customers including international trade, food service, QSR, retail, manufacturing and other relevant B2B customers. With international sales leadership experience, you possess a strong understanding of global markets, supply chains, and pricing dynamics; demonstrated success in scaling international and local markets, and strong commercial acumen with the ability to balance growth and margin optimisation. Your exceptional leadership skills are supported by your drive for results, ability to think outside of the square, high emotional intelligence and passion for developing high performing sales teams.
