The Department of Health's Hospitals & Primary Care - Hospitals Nth division is seeking a Registered Nurse - Community to strengthen health outcomes through the provision of safe quality, clinically appropriate nursing care in partnership with patients/clients, their families, and other health professionals within the defined community practice area.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide nursing care in a client's home, including wound care, palliative care, and other clinical services as needed.
* Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient-centered care plans.
Working Arrangements:
This is a fixed-term part-time position working up to 12 hours per fortnight from February 2025 until October 2026. Hours will be negotiated with the successful applicant.
Salary and Benefits:
$78,179 to $105,995 per annum (pro rata), plus 11.5% superannuation contribution and access to salary packaging benefits, including remote and rural professional development allowance, travel and relocation assistance, and more.
Requirements:
* Registered with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia as a Registered Nurse.
