**Full Time Permanent Position**

**Band 6 - Salary Range $95,073 to $103,531 per annum + 11.5% Super + ADO**

**Salary offered will depend on level of skills and experience.**

**The Opportunity**

The successful applicant will lead the governance and operations, including caseload, of the Preschool Field Officer (PSFO) service to state-funded kindergartens in line with the Department of Education PSFO Guidelines.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Developing and coordinating communication and promotional materials for programs, services and events.
- Working in partnership with key stakeholders to coordinate the planning, delivery and involvement of community and official events.
- Participating in the planning, delivery and activation of early childhood infrastructure.
- Collecting data and statistics and preparing reports, business cases and grant submissions.
- Advocating for, and facilitating the engagement of, families and children in community consultation projects in line with Council policies and procedures.

**About you**

**_ To be successful in this role you will have the following:_**
- Degree or diploma level qualification in early childhood or other related discipline with some relevant experience in Children's Services program delivery, alternatively lesser
formal qualifications and substantial relevant experience.
- Proven project management skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and deliver outcomes in a timely manner.
- Ability to develop relationships and work collaboratively.
- Demonstrated experience in the delivery of community events, communications, promotion and engagement activities.
- Knowledge of early childhood infrastructure planning and Council procurement processes.
