Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Mortgage Broker Admin to join our team part-time. The successful candidate will play a key role in managing our clients' onboarding and workflow management.
This role is offered on a part-time basis (ideally 12-16 hours p/w). This is a 100% WFH role.
Responsibilities
• Oversee the client journey from initial data collection to settlement.
• Manage client data in Mercury and navigate AOL.
• Order property valuations
• Help with income and product calculations.
About You
• 2+ years of experience in broker support, ideally using Mercury & AOL.
• Excellent communication skills and highly organised.
• Strict attention to detail to ensure data security.
• Comfortable working remotely 100% - we don't have a physical office.
We have flexibility to offer this role between hours per week, ideally across 3-4 days.
