Key Responsibilities Lead and mentor a team of Data Integration and BI Developers to design, build and run reliable data pipelines and reporting products end‑to‑end. Own integrations across flat files, SQL/NoSQL sources and APIs; architect and maintain robust ETL/ELT processes into the DW/Lakehouse. Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across systems Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver meaningful dashboards and reports Retire legacy reports and promote leading-edge reporting capabilities Champion a customer-centric approach to reporting and data services Drive continuous improvement and innovation in data integration practices About You You’re a disciplined, analytical thinker who values precision and structure. You enjoy working with abstract systems and concepts, and you’re confident in your technical expertise. You prefer a hands-on approach and are comfortable making decisions based on detailed information and thorough analysis. Qualifications You’ll bring: Bachelor’s or master’s degree in IT or Computer Science (highly desirable) Proven leadership in data integration, DW architecture and BI delivery in MS/Azure ecosystems with high expectations and close follow-up Strong technical expertise in Power BI, REST/SOAP APIs, MS Fabric and Data Warehousing Excellent planning, time management, and analytical skills Collaborative style with clear communication; thrives in cross‑functional delivery with IT/Operations.
