Dee Why Endoscopy unit is a Private Day Hospital licensed by the NSW Ministry of Health and accredited to the NSQHS standards.
Dee Why Endoscopy Unit was established in **** and has continued to serve the community by offering a full range of Endoscopy procedures and developed a reputation for excellence by providing the highest standard of patient-centred care.
Dee Why Endoscopy Unit is looking for an Administration / Receptionist to work on a casual basis.
Responsibilities
Schedule and admit patients into a computerised hospital booking system.
Provide patients with fee estimates for procedures.
Receive payments on day of surgery from patients.
Liaise with doctors and their rooms regarding patient bookings.
Ability to prioritise and manage competing tasks.
Be available for occasional overtime and holiday relief.
Hours can be between ********* Monday-Friday.
Be able to work independently when required.
Qualifications
Previous Hospital administration/reception experience preferred.
Good interpersonal skills and attention to detail.
High level of communication and interpersonal skills, including written and verbal communication.
Ability to work in an interactive environment as well as work with minimal supervision.
Demonstrated computer literacy with MS Office and relevant databases.
