Job Role:
* Create menus with the culinary team.
* Prepare and serve dishes from the selected menu.
* Maintain high-quality food production and presentation.
* Coordinate ingredient procurement for daily kitchen operations.
* Evaluate oven and grill temperatures to ensure optimal food preparation conditions.
* Support chefs in finalising dishes, including garnishing and portioning.
* Oversee inventory management and restocking.
* Inspect and maintain kitchen equipment and utensils.

* Minimum 1 year of experience as a Cook.

* Possess creativity in menu development and presentation.
