This is a rare opportunity to take full ownership of a high-profile, design-led mixed-use precinct from a senior leadership position within a well-established and growing builder.
The Opportunity
As Project Manager, you will oversee the end-to-end delivery of a $350M complex, multi stage development that will set a new benchmark in the Inner West. You will be responsible for driving programme, commercial outcomes, stakeholder engagement, and overall project performance.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead the full lifecycle delivery of a large-scale mixed-use development
* Manage and mentor project teams across design, construction, and delivery phases
* Oversee programme, budget, risk, and quality outcomes
* Drive contractor and consultant performance
* Liaise with key stakeholders including authorities, consultants, and internal leadership
* Ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget
About You
* Strong background with developer-builders or Tier 1/2 contractors
* Demonstrated success delivering complex commercial, residential or mixed-use projects
* Exceptional leadership and stakeholder management skills
* Strong commercial acumen and ability to drive project outcomes
