In this Role, You'll
* Deliver an outstanding resident experience, measured through satisfaction surveys and Net Promoter Score (NPS)
* Oversee day‐to‐day community operations, including presentation standards, occupancy, tenancy and resident engagement
* Lead financial performance through budgeting, planning and management of P&L outcomes
* Foster a strong sense of community by delivering lifestyle, wellbeing and connection programs
* Lead, motivate and support team members and contractors to consistently deliver high‐quality outcomes
You're Likely a Match If You
* Bring experience managing resident or customer relationships in property, hospitality, aged care or community settings
* Are confident leading day‐to‐day operations while balancing competing priorities
* Have experience managing budgets, P&L performance or commercial outcomes
* Handle challenging or emotionally charged situations with empathy, professionalism and clear boundaries
* Are a visible, hands‐on leader who enjoys being the go‐to person for residents, teams and stakeholders
