**The Role**
- Maintain electronic filing system
- Point of contact for both internal & external stakeholders
- Data entry and ad-hoc administrative tasks
- Assisting in the preparation of documentation
- Minute taking
- Customer service & stakeholder management
**The Experience**
- People-friendly and can-do attitude
- Proven experience as a receptionist, office administrator, and office assistant
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities, both verbal and written
- Logical thinker with an eye for detail
- Thrives in a fast-paced environment and ability to manage multiple and competing tasks
- Excellent organisational skills
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office
- Qualifications in secretarial studies will be an advantage
