Project Supervisor – Industrial & Commercial Construction

About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Project Supervisor. This is a hands-on leadership role suited to someone who takes pride in running safe, organized and efficient sites while delivering quality outcomes.
You will work closely with the Project Manager, subcontractors and in-house trades to ensure projects are delivered on time, on budget and to a high standard.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead day-to-day site operations
* Supervise site crews, subcontractors and suppliers
* Coordinate works to construction programs and milestones
* Enforce WHS requirements and maintain a safe worksite
* Manage site logistics, deliveries and sequencing
* Identify and resolve site issues proactively
* Maintain a clean, well-run and professional site environment
About You
* Proven experience as a Project Supervisor in industrial or commercial construction
* Strong understanding of construction sequencing and site coordination
* Confident leader who can manage multiple trades and personalities
* Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
* High attention to detail with a quality-driven mindset
* Strong commitment to workplace safety
Qualifications & Requirements
* Trade qualification or relevant construction background
* White Card (essential)
* WHS knowledge and site safety experience
* Ability to read and interpret plans and specifications
* Driver's license
* First Aid & relevant safety tickets (preferred)
