As a key member of our clinic operations, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care, maintaining infection control procedures, and ensuring smooth clinic workflows.
Your expertise in chair-side dental assistance, infection control, and reprocessing reusable medical devices will be invaluable in this role.
Additionally, you will contribute to the development of other dental assistants and reception staff, sharing your knowledge and fostering a collaborative, positive work environment.

Key Responsibilities:
* Maintain effective infection control practices, ensuring a safe working environment for clients and staff.
* Provide exceptional customer service, addressing client needs and concerns in a professional and empathetic manner.
* Assist in managing client records, including scheduling appointments and maintaining accurate documentation.
Requirements:
* At least 6 months of experience in chair-side dental assistance, infection control, and reprocessing reusable medical devices.
* Strong organisational skills, with the ability to manage priorities, solve problems, and work independently.
* Solid customer service experience and proficiency in administrative tasks, including using Microsoft Office and maintaining clinical systems.
