About the Role
We are a fast-moving, growth-focused real estate business operating across the greater Newcastle Region, with strong links into residential and project sales.
This role is for someone who wants real exposure, real responsibility, and a clear path into sales. You will work directly with the lead agent across buyers, sellers, campaigns, contracts, and client management.

What You'll Be Doing
* Supporting active sales and buyer campaigns
* Managing buyers, enquiries, follow-ups, and CRM. Facilitating inbound and outbound calls with the goal to provide great consumer experience and sell property.
* Working as a team for the greater good of the client. Collaborating with your peers.
* Liaising with buyers, sellers, solicitors, brokers, and vendors
* Attending inspections, appointments, and negotiations
* Taking ownership of systems and improving workflows
This is a hands-on role.
