The Centre
Our Craigieburn Centre is a brand new purpose built service featuring a modern industrial kitchen and welcoming learning spaces. You will help establish strong food practices and set high standards from the very beginning.

Opportunity and Responsibilities
* Plan and prepare daily meals for children aged 0 to 6
* Cook breakfast, morning tea, lunch and afternoon tea
* Follow centre nutrition guidelines and Healthy Together Achievement Program
* Manage stock ordering and budget control
* Maintain a safe, hygienic and compliant kitchen
* Cater for allergies, dietary needs and anaphylaxis requirements
* Engage with educators, children and families to build community connection
About You
* Commercial Cookery Qualification Certificate III or higher
* Food Safety Supervisor Certificate
* Safe Food Handling Certificate
* Experience in childcare preferred
* Strong ability to manage time and work independently
* Excellent communication and organisational skills
* Current Working with Children Check, First Aid, Asthma and Anaphylaxis
