About the Position
As a Duty Supervisor you are responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations, maintenance, and service delivery of our recreation facilities. You will be responsible for delivering a safe, clean, and well-presented environment that complies with relevant regulations, codes, and organisational expectations.
You will have the ability to work autonomously but also work closely with staff, customers, and stakeholders. The position provides leadership and guidance to ensure facilities remain safe, clean, accessible, and well-presented. The role is responsible for responding to incidents and coordinating emergency responses in accordance with established procedures and training requirements.

Our Duty Supervisors are required to hold a current Pool/Technical Operators Certificate of Competency, Pool Lifeguard Certificate, CPR and First Aid certificate, LIWA accreditation, and certification in the use of Self-Contained Breathing Apparatus (SCBA). Advanced Resuscitation and a current unrestricted WA Driver's Licence are desirable, but not essential to the role.
