About the Opportunity
This is a casual employment opportunity seeking passionate professionals to work in Aged Care and Community.
Key Responsibilities:
* Deliver care in accordance with individualized assessed care needs.
* Report all incidents and changes in resident behavior in a timely manner to Registered Nurses.
* Complete all activities related to Residents' Care documentation plans and ensure high compliance with relevant documentation processes.
* Participate in activities aimed at continuous improvement of services.
Essential Requirements:
* Certificate III or Certificate IV in Aged Care or Disability.
* Minimum of 3 months' work experience as Personal Care Assistant or Assistant in Nursing within residential aged care, home care.
* Flexibility and reliability to work required shifts.
* Ability to communicate effectively with residents, families, and all levels of staff.
* Strong passion for working with the elderly.
* Evidence of COVID vaccinations.
* Working with Vulnerable People Card.
