The Opportunity: Bring Creative Visions to Life
The agency is renowned for its exceptional portfolio of work with some of the biggest names in tech, fashion, beauty, and sports.
They deliver projects ranging from pop-ups and product launches to immersive activations.
Following recent growth and new client wins, they're expanding their team.
As a Producer, you'll play a key role in delivering high-quality experiential projects, working closely with Creatives and Production Managers.
Your Impact and Responsibilities
You'll help ensure the smooth execution of a wide range of experiential campaigns. Responsibilities include:
* Managing the end-to-end production of experiential projects with support from creatives and a technical team
* Acting as a day-to-day contact for clients, ensuring clear communication and reliable delivery
* Coordinating suppliers, timelines, and budgets to keep projects on track
* Contributing to the ongoing improvement of production processes
What You'll Bring to the Table
* Experience as a Producer (or strong Associate Producer ready to step up) within an experiential or events agency
* A proven ability to deliver experiential projects from brief to post-event wrap
* Confidence managing budgets and timelines
* A developing network of trusted suppliers
$90–115k + super

Central Sydney – hybrid working (3 days in the office, 2 days remote)
