Procurement and Store Management Role
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to oversee procurement and store management activities at our operational assets in South Australia.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage the onboarding of suppliers, process procurement requests, and coordinate orders.
* Maintain accurate inventory records, arrange annual stocktakes, and resolve discrepancies in the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS).
* Receive goods into stores, assist with unloading, and record receipt items in the CMMS.
* Support outage planning and execution by coordinating contractor requirements.
* Collaborate with Accounts and Finance on purchasing, inventory, and receiving processes.
Requirements:
* Forklift License required.
* A can-do attitude and self-motivation are essential.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office products is necessary.
* Experience in energy, mining, utilities, or heavy industrial plant environments is highly regarded.
* Knowledge or experience with procurement and inventory management is desirable.
