This role requires a professional with exceptional organisational skills, financial acumen and attention to detail. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing bank movements, journals, supplier invoices, rebill credits, customer credit checks, cash flow reporting, bank reconciliations and preparing financial reports.
Key areas of responsibility include:
* Managing the finance function end-to-end
* Bank movement and journal management
* Supplier invoice and rebill credit administration
* Cash flow reporting and analysis
* Bank reconciliation and statement preparation
In addition to financial management, the successful candidate will support key administration tasks including incident reporting, new employee paperwork, vehicle insurance and general office support.
The accounting environment is practical and hands-on, requiring discipline and organisation. The successful candidate will need to run a bank rec without fuss, handle a credit query with patience and keep an eye on cash flow pressure.
