What role will you play?
Join the Banking and Financial Services Omnichannel Enablers Platform and become part of a dynamic, full lifecycle team dedicated to operating, automating, and evolving our state-of-the-art digital contact center. What You Offer

* You have strong experience across the full software development lifecycle including design, build, test, and supporting enterprise and mission-critical production platforms
* You have proven hands-on experience developing backend applications, integrations and microservices using Javascript, NodeJS or Python programming language
* You have hands-on experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP) and GKE, including designing and deploying solutions within a cloud environment
* Strong practical experience and passion in applying your hands-on experience with Conversational AI, STT/TTS, and Workforce Management tools to solve complex business problems and create exceptional user experiences
* Domain knowledge in cloud-based contact centre platforms (e.g. Twilio, Google CCAAS, or Amazon Connect)
