Senior HR Specialist - Employee Relations
Key Responsibilities:
We are seeking an experienced HR professional to join our team as a Senior HR Specialist - Employee Relations. This role involves providing expert advice and guidance on employee relations matters, including complex cases and disputes.
1. Develop and implement strategies to prevent and resolve employee relations issues, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
2. Conduct thorough investigations into workplace incidents and allegations, gathering evidence and interviewing witnesses as necessary.
3. Provide training and coaching to managers and employees on employee relations best practices, including effective communication, conflict resolution, and performance management.
4. Collaborate with other HR stakeholders to develop and implement policies and procedures that promote a positive and inclusive work environment.
