Key Responsibilities:
* Ensure adherence to food safety regulations and company standards by conducting regular inspections and audits. An audit schedule is maintained, focusing on high-risk areas for non-compliance.
* Develop comprehensive training modules that cover key aspects of food safety, including proper handling and storage procedures. Staff are trained in accordance with the food safety plan.
* Certificate & Licence Compliance: Monitor and track all necessary staff certificates and licences. A systematic process is established for timely renewal of all licences and certifications.
* Identify areas for improvement that contribute to achieving operational efficiencies. Targeted initiatives are implemented to address identified areas for improvement, resulting in enhanced operational efficiency.
