$39.85 - $68.53 per hour + Educational Leader Allowance (based on qualification and experience)
Responsibilities
* Collaborate with Educators to observe, review, and continuously enhance the educational programs offered to children.
* Deepen the team's understanding of child development and early years content, guiding the application of the Early Years Learning Framework.
* Work closely with the centre leadership team to lead transformative changes and champion educational excellence.

Qualifications
* Diploma or Bachelor of Education (Early Childhood Education).
* Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards.
* Current NSW Working with Children Check.
