About the Position The Grounds and Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for ensuring the Grounds and Maintenance team maintain the required appearance of the site, attending to any maintenance issues as they arise in accordance with the requirements of the site.
Key Accountabilities Maintain public open spaces and gardens to a high standard (lawns, hedging, pruning, weeding, mulching, replanting).
Perform general repairs and maintenance across accommodation and communal areas.
Manage grounds and maintenance budget and report financial concerns.
Coordinate servicing and repairs of tools/equipment; maintain maintenance register.
Empty rubbish bins and maintain cleanliness of public areas, including pool (if applicable) Respond to resident/guest maintenance requests and escalate when needed.
Maintain respectful, professional conduct at all times.
Overnight shifts and weekend work required.
What You'll Bring Experience in a similar grounds/maintenance role.
Full 'C' class driver's licence.
Strong leadership, time management, and teamwork skills.
Excellent customer service skills.
Available for weekend and overnight shifts.
