We are seeking a skilled and dynamic individual to join our team as a Bid & Proposal Partner. As a key member of our Building & Places Team, you will provide highly valued support to business development, capture planning and leading bid phase activities for architectural, planning, engineering and cost management pursuits within the buildings sector.

This is an exciting opportunity to work alongside technical bid leads to manage the bid process, coordinate and write compelling content for submissions and presentations, coordinate and lead bid strategy, review and risk workshops, and maintain and develop content for the library for pursuit collateral.

You will be responsible for ensuring that all bid teams stay on schedule to produce high-quality documents within tight timeframes, while also building strong internal client relationships and providing excellent customer service.
About You
We are looking for a self-motivated individual with a 'can do' attitude who is able to demonstrate:
* More than three years' experience in a similar role
* Able to build strong internal client relationships
* Highly organized and able to work under pressure
* A strong sense of commitment and a willingness to learn
* Expert MS Office user (and/or Adobe Creative Suite experience)
* An appropriate tertiary qualification (degree in journalism, English, marketing & communications or similar)
