**Your new company**
This organisation has two offices based between Malaga and Welshpool and has been a larger player in the Perth construction and maintenance industry. They specialise in the 'high intensity' commercial construction field across WA. This business is knowledgeable and experienced in continually executing and delivering quality builds, fit outs, repairs and tight frames.
Previously this organisation has worked on several construction projects and refurbishments for clients such as BP, Coles, Microsoft and CBRE. This is a business which consists of a friendly team of professionals who value their customers, and pride themselves on providing honest, reliable and efficient service in an effective manner.
**Your new role**
In this role you will be working alongside the technical and trade team. You will be responsible for the following:
- Preparation of quotes for both maintenance customers and construction projects
- Following up with all quotes sent
- Acting as the first point of contact for the business via the phone
- Building rapport and strong working relationships with each site contact in order to strengthen the client's relationship with existing and new client's
- Management of stock, vehicle management and availability of both tradesmen's and stock
- Coordination of 15-20 electricians and their daily jobs
- Assisting with accounts receivable and payable when required to do so
**What you'll need to succeed**
In order to succeed in this role you will have the following:
- Previous experience in a coordination or scheduling role
- Experience in providing administration support in large resources-related organisations
- Self motivated and career focused
- Excellent communication skills
- The ability to work alongside others effectively and to be a key team member
- Excellent IT skills - experienced with MS office suite
- If interested in the Malaga office - must be able to do a 7 am start - this is non negotiable.
