The role offers full flexibility to tailor the caseload, whether in musculoskeletal rehabilitation, neurological conditions, aged care, or a mix, without the pressure of corporate KPIs or billable hour targets.
The successful candidate can work in the clinic, in the community, or both, with full autonomy to structure each day around client outcomes rather than numbers.

* Salary range from $80,000 to $135,000+ with uncapped earning potential for those building their own team
* No billable hour or KPI targets, enabling a focus on client-centred rehabilitation and results
* Choice of caseload: NDIS, aged care, private, Workers Comp, post-surgical rehab, or paediatrics

About the Practice
* Multidisciplinary allied health team providing physiotherapy, occupational therapy, speech pathology, dietetics, exercise physiology, psychology, and counselling
* Services delivered across the Perth metro area or Busselton, using both clinic-based and community-based models
* Client base includes preschool children through to aged care residents, across neurological, musculoskeletal, and developmental conditions
* Evidence-based, client-focused approach, with the freedom to design individualised rehabilitation programs
* Most clinicians possessing over five years of professional experience

Requirements
* Tertiary qualification in Physiotherapy and current AHPRA registration
