About Kids+
For over 20 years, Kids+ has provided allied health therapy for local infants, children, and young people with disabilities. Kids+ is seeking energetic and ambitious Occupational Therapists to join their team, which comprises therapists, support coordinators, social workers, and administrative staff. Due to high service demands, Kids+ are looking to expand its Occupational Therapy offering. Our Clients
Kids+ is NDIS registered provider, supporting a broad range of NDIS clients, from birth to young adulthood, focussing on participation in everyday life, including function, independence and inclusion. Participant support needs include areas such as self-care including assistive technology needs, play and leisure, with a focus on hand function, school and learning tasks, and transition to independence.

About The Role
Reporting to a Team Leader, and under guidance and mentorship, your key responsibilities will be to:
o Deliver family-centred therapy as part of an integrated, multidisciplinary team
o Assess communication and functional skills to identify strengths and challenges
o Develop and implement individualised therapy plans and interventions
o Deliver individual and group sessions that promote communication and participation
o Prescribe and support the use of communication aids and equipment
o Collaborate with families and other service providers to ensure coordinated care
o Deliver therapy in centre, home, and community settings
o Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
o Contribute to a high-performing team and culture
About You
The Essentials
o Degree in Occupational Therapy
o Unrestricted Australian Working Rights
o Current registration with Occupational Therapy Australia
o Current Working with Children Check, NDIS Worker & Police Check
o NDIS Worker Check must be obtained before your start date
o Current driver's licence
