THE ROLE
This Executive position is broad and varied, providing hands on and strategic leadership of the Shire's operations, planning, infrastructure and assets. With some significant projects currently either planned or underway, the Executive Manager Infrastructure and Development Services will engage with community members and other key stakeholders and ensure the best possible strategic and operational decisions are made in relation to the directorate. Additionally, you will be an engaged member of the Executive Leadership Team, promoting and role modelling the Shire's values.
REQUIREMENTS
If you are a Local Government professional with senior leadership experience in engineering, planning or regulatory services, we would be interested to hear from you. A personable and analytical leader, the successful candidate will be adept at working both strategically and operationally, and will bring high ethical standards. Someone with a collaborative and solutions-focused approach will be the ideal candidate for the role.
THE PACKAGE
In return you will receive a competitive remuneration package of up to $212,987 comprised of a salary component of up to $150,000, private use vehicle, superannuation (12% plus up to 5% co-contribution) and Shire accommodation.
