Job Description
Our organization is seeking a highly motivated and caring individual to join our team as a Home Care Worker Trainee. This role offers the opportunity to provide essential care and support to elderly clients in their own homes.
As a Home Care Worker, you will be responsible for providing domestic assistance, personal care, and respite services to our clients. You will work closely with other team members to ensure that each client receives the highest level of care and support.
Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication skills, be reliable, and have a great attitude. You will also require the ability to work independently and as part of a team, and have a willingness to learn and develop new skills.
The following qualifications are required:
* Hold or be willing to obtain a National Police Check
* Hold or be willing to get First Aid & CPR certification
* Hold a current SA Driver's licence, have a reliable vehicle, and insurance
* Have full Australian Working Rights and be an AU/NZ Citizen or Permanent Resident
* Be fit and healthy, able to complete a variety of tasks, and pass a fitness/health assessment

Others
Shifts are available Monday - Friday, between 7:00am to 7:00pm. Shift durations vary, from 1 hour to 3 hours, and we work with you to build full days of work, seeing clients back-to-back. You are paid for your travel time and KM's between clients.
