This remote-based role will focus on South Australia. Your main duties and responsibilities will include but are not limited to:Implementing strategic and effective sales processes and systemsMaintaining and growing major state distributor accounts and securing additional businessEstablishing and maintaining state trading term metrics within national guidelinesIdentifying market opportunities and implementing strategies to enhance service to new and existing customersCommunicating forecasting uplifts and reductionsEstablishing strong state-based account management of the key distributor networkExceeding sales objectives through exceptional serviceDeveloping and growing new business opportunities through NPDPerforming other ad hoc duties as directedThe PersonTo succeed in this role, you will be energetic, relationship-focused, and results-driven, with previous experience in Account Management within the FMCG industry.
