About Your Role
As a Customer Field Technician, you will be instrumental in shaping Australias digital landscape by delivering exceptional customer experiences. This role involves working with nbn technologies to install, repair, and maintain products and services.
Your Key Responsibilities
* Cable installation including jointing, jumpering, and splicing
* Installation of customer premises equipment (CPE)
* Fault diagnosis and repair of nbn cabling networks and CPE

This autonomous position offers opportunities to work in various environments, primarily within customers premises. A typical day may involve:
1. Installing fibre and copper cables, including jointing, jumpering, and splicing
2. Configuring and installing nbn CPE at customer premises
3. Diagnosing and repairing faults in nbn cabling networks and CPE
