Broadscope Facility Services Pty Ltd provides professional facility management and commercial cleaning services across Victoria, South Australia and Tasmania. As our business continues to expand its regional service delivery, we are seeking a full-time Regional Office Manager for Warrnambool VIC to support and coordinate administrative functions for our Warrnambool regional operations.

This role focuses on regional office administration, workforce coordination and compliance support, while working closely with the Melbourne head office.

Salary: $70,000 – $90,000 per annum + superannuation (commensurate with skills and experience)

Key duties and responsibilities include:

· Coordinate day-to-day regional office administration to support service delivery across Warrnambool and surrounding areas, ensuring efficient workflow and communication.

· Manage regional office supplies, cleaning equipment and materials, including procurement coordination and inventory monitoring in line with head office systems.

· Maintain and update records relating to client contracts, service agreements and compliance documentation, including tracking contract expiry dates and supporting renewal processes.

· Liaise regularly with the Melbourne head office (Oakleigh VIC) to coordinate administrative, staffing and compliance matters, including rostering support and leave coordination.

· Provide administrative support to human resources functions, including onboarding processes, training coordination, performance administration and payroll inputs, in collaboration with the Finance and HR functions in Melbourne.

· Plan, prioritise and monitor administrative tasks, deadlines and reporting requirements to ensure regional operational teams are adequately supported.

· Prepare and submit regular reports to senior management, including workforce data, administrative metrics and regional support requirements.

· Support the implementation and monitoring of internal policies, workplace health and safety (WHS) procedures and regulatory compliance across regional sites.

· Act as a central administrative contact point between regional site supervisors, operational teams and senior management.

· Identify opportunities to improve regional administrative processes, office systems and record-keeping practices in line with company standards and growth objectives.

Skills and experience expected include:

· A Diploma in Management, Business Administration or related discipline

· At least one year of full time work experience in a similar role

· Strong organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.

· Practical experience supporting staff rostering, leave coordination and workforce administration.

· Sound understanding of workplace health and safety (WHS) requirements and internal compliance processes.

· Well-developed written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with staff, supervisors and management.

· Proficiency in office administration systems, document management and standard business software (e.g. Microsoft Office).

· Hybrid working arrangements are available.
