FP&A Analyst
to join the team at Sydney Head office and support our commercial development team.
The Opportunity - About the Role
Join Stockland (ASX:SGP) FP&A team to provide strategic financial support for the Commercial Property. This high-impact role involves detailed feasibility modelling and commercial scenario analysis to guide investment decisions. You'll collaborate closely with Finance and Development Managers, applying your corporate finance and accounting expertise to deliver insights that align with Stockland's growth strategy. Ideal candidates are analytical, curious, and possess a growth mindset to thrive during a dynamic period of expansion
About You
You'll bring a strong foundation in corporate finance, backed by or working toward a CFA, CPA, or CA qualification. With over 4 - 7 years of experience in commercially focused roles, you'll have
advanced financial modelling
and
feasibility analysis
skills, particularly in Excel, along with a sharp eye for detail and accuracy in budgeting and forecasting.
Equally important are your soft skills:
* You're a confident communicator who can present complex financial insights clearly to both finance and non-finance stakeholders.
* Your adaptability, customer-focused mindset, and strong commercial awareness enable you to navigate a dynamic environment.
* A natural problem-solver with a growth mindset, you're curious, collaborative, and ready to contribute to strategic decision-making during a period of exciting transformation.
