Your part in our Buderim Hospital team
As Clinical Nurse (dual qualified RN / RM) inour team you will provide exceptional patient care in the areas of your clinical expertise whilst assessing and responding appropriately to clinical nursing issues and concerns.
Provide supervision and guidance within a multi-disciplinary team through effective decision making and support
Lead by example through exceptional communication, customer service and patient advocacy
This is a leadership position where you will be the CN in charge after hours and weekends if rostered
What makes a difference for us
Minimum of 5 years experience in a similar clinical leadership setting
Bachelor of Nursing / Midwifery or equivalent and AHPRA registration (must be dual registered RN / RM)
Demonstrated ability to provide leadership support and mentorship
Flexibility to work a 24 / 7 rotating roster
Commitment to ongoing professional development and quality improvements
Willingness to obtain required vaccinations in line with hospitals infection control requirements as well as undergo national criminal history check and functional assessment
