About the Role
We're seeking a Technical Solutions Specialist to join our high-impact team, focusing on our HR suite of products in a presales role.
This involves collaborating with internal teams and prospective clients to demonstrate how Rippling's platform can address real business challenges in HR and Payroll through strategic storytelling, live demos, and relationship-building.
Responsibilities
* Partner with the Sales team to support and guide clients during their evaluation journey
* Understand clients' goals and technical needs, communicating clearly how Rippling can meet them
* Lead technical demos and proof of concepts tailored to a customer's objectives
* Create engaging technical content to help users succeed
* Provide product feedback reflecting the voice of the customer
Requirements
* 4+ years of experience in a presales or client-facing technical role with expertise in HRIS or HCM systems
* Knowledge of payroll systems in Australia and New Zealand is an asset
* Clear, confident communication and presentation skills
