This opportunity
Great opportunity to join our growing team in Victoria as a Strategic Account Executive, responsible for the ongoing development and deepening of existing sales and customer relationships within an allocated portfolio of Enterprise customers. They successfully maintain the value of the existing portfolio through effective customer lifecycle management and completion of re-sign activities that maximise commercial outcomes.
Responsibilities
1. Review current state and develop/continually improve sales plans for each of TPG’s products and services, for each customer in the allocated portfolio.
2. Achieve key monthly, quarterly and annual growth/x-sell sales objectives, building on effective base management to consistently grow (value and product breadth) the allocated portfolio
3. Maintain up to date and accurate customer contact, pipeline and any other required information in the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system Salesforce.
4. Attend weekly sales team meetings to collaborate, share learning and review pipelines, sales activity & other related topics
5. Represent TPG at industry meetings and trade association events whenever requested, continually promoting the company and its services
6. Keep track on local competitor activity, reporting any significant developments to the sales team and TPG executives (including Sales, Product, Service and Industry impacts).
7. Co-operate with cross functional leaders and specialists within TPG to increase the value the company delivers to all its customers

9. Ensure you and your team are familiar with policies and procedures, as well as completing any associated training, as communicated or made available on the intranet and our learning systems.
Knowledge and experience
10. A moderate to high degree of experience using “business solutions” type approach, utilising TPG’s product and services to identify customer needs and sell into applicable market sectors
11. Previous experience in telecommunications or similar Industries will be highly regarded
12. Able to creatively position TPG as an innovative, flexible and responsive service provider
13. Ability to proactively identify and create new business growth opportunities.
14. Proven cultivator and ‘closer’ of sales opportunities within enterprise organisations
15. Allocated portfolios will typically include large enterprise sized organisations, previous experience of managing similar portfolios is highly desirable
16. Strong governance and communication skills at all levels, including at C level
17. Strong presentation skills
18. High work ethic and mature attitude to general work responsibilities, with a desire to continually improve and secure career progression.
