This position offers the opportunity to contribute to high-quality, evidence-based care across a range of clinical and operational pharmacy services. Depending on the site and service needs, responsibilities may include:
* Ward-based clinical pharmacy services
* Dispensary and aseptic services
* Medication safety and stewardship initiatives
* Oncology or specialty service rotations (if applicable)
* Participation in weekend and after-hours rosters
This is an ideal role for pharmacists looking to expand their clinical experience in a supportive and collaborative hospital environment. We are flexible for both full and part-time pharmacists.
