About the role
This is a strategic, client facing role focused on driving new business in property management. Reporting to senior leadership, you will manage lead generation, client onboarding, and relationship building while helping shape the growth of the portfolio.
Duties
• Generate leads through calls, referrals and networking
• Attend appraisals and convert prospects into clients
• Coordinate advertising and marketing for new listings
• Conduct open inspections and present applications
• Manage onboarding and liaise with landlords
Skills & experience
• SA Property Management Licence (or close to completion)
• Experience in leasing, PM or business development
• Strong communication and client service skills
• Professional, polished and proactive approach
• Valid driver's licence and reliable vehicle
