**Job Overview**
The Western Harbour Tunnel – Stage 2 project is a major infrastructure development in Sydney, connecting the Rozelle Interchange with the Warringah Freeway near North Sydney. We are seeking a Site Engineer to join our team and support operations at our Precast facility in Emu Plains.
Key Responsibilities:
* Ensure that the scope is delivered within the allotted time and budget
* Assist in planning material, resources, and systems usage for successful project completion
* Maintain documentation and systems for quality, safety, environmental considerations
* Supervise, mentor, and support Graduate Engineers
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree in civil engineering or similar field
* Demonstrated experience in a similar role
* Precast experience highly beneficial
* Problem-solving and analytical skills
* Well-developed communication skills and ability to build relationships with stakeholders
* High attention to detail
