Key Responsibilities
* Manage and grow an assigned customer portfolio through structured outbound sales activity
* Identify opportunities to increase revenue and product penetration across accounts
* Build rapport and trust with clients through consistent follow-up and proactive engagement
* Handle inbound enquiries and provide timely, accurate information and support
* Collaborate with marketing to prepare proposals, quotes, and promotional materials
* Maintain accurate customer data and call records in the CRM
* Monitor competitor activity and market trends to inform sales strategies

* Proven experience in telesales or customer-facing sales roles
* Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills

* High computer literacy and CRM experience
