As the After‑Hours Coordinator, you will provide leadership and operational oversight across our hospital during evenings, nights, weekends and public holidays. You will ensure secure, high‑quality care across our urgent care, acute, and aged care units while supporting and guiding our clinical teams, providing mentorship to team members, and maintaining continuity of care and service quality during the absence of senior management.
The ideal candidate needs to have:
- Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse.
- Previous coordinator or similar role experience is desirable.
- ALS accredited or willing to complete the same.
- Proven leadership and management experience in healthcare.
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
- Supportive and guiding approach to leading staff.
- Confidence to problem‑shoot and manage the facility after hours.
