Liverpool Hospital is seeking an experienced and motivated Clinical Nurse Specialist Grade 2 to join our After-Hours leadership team. This role offers a unique opportunity to provide advanced clinical expertise, operational oversight, and strong professional support across the facility during evenings, nights, weekends, and public holidays.
As the After-Hours CNS2, you will act as a key decision-maker, coordinating complex patient care, supporting nursing teams, and ensuring high-quality, safe care when senior leadership is not on site. You will utilise your advanced clinical judgement to guide escalation processes, manage complex or deteriorating patients, and contribute to effective resource allocation.

This role is ideal for a proactive clinician who thrives in dynamic environments, enjoys problem-solving, and demonstrates strong communication and leadership skills. You will also play a pivotal role in mentoring junior staff, modelling best practice, and promoting a positive workplace culture after hours.
