Job Title: Occupational Therapist – Paediatrics Location: WA Work Type: Full-Time About the Role An exciting opportunity is available for an Occupational Therapist to join a supportive and collaborative team environment in WA. This role will involve providing high-quality therapy services to children with developmental concerns, delays, and disorders. You will be working within a multi- and transdisciplinary team, engaging with clients and their families, and contributing to ongoing service development. Key Responsibilities: Plan and implement occupational therapy intervention strategies using a range of service delivery models. Evaluate the effectiveness of therapy programs and adapt strategies as needed. Communicate effectively with clients and families to support therapy goals. Participate as an active team member in multi-/transdisciplinary activities. Select, maintain, and evaluate therapy tools, resources, and programs. Contribute to community education and promotion of occupational therapy services. Attend team meetings and participate in supervision, mentoring, and performance management. Maintain accurate progress notes, client records, and reports. Engage in professional development to maintain and upgrade skills. Essential Criteria: Tertiary qualification in Occupational Therapy, with registration (or eligibility) with the Occupational Therapy Board of Australia. Knowledge of assessments and interventions for children with developmental concerns, delays, and disorders. Strong time and caseload management skills. Ability to work effectively within a collaborative team. Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills. Commitment to ongoing professional development.
