Responsibilities
- Drive revenue growth and meet company goals through deep account penetration and targeting new accounts.
- Analyse territory and develop plans to achieve revenue objectives.
- Build and maintain key customer relationships with physicians, staff, and administrators.
- Conduct sales presentations and understand customer needs to ensure product satisfaction.
- Manage sales records and input data into CRM.
- Collaborate with marketing to provide insights on customer needs and product enhancements.
- Stay updated on industry trends and company products.
Expertise
- Experience in the pathology and/or laboratory diagnostics field is desirable.
- Proven success in executing strategies for large customer accounts.
- A strong track record of sales growth.
- Valid driver’s license.
- Eligible to work in Australia.
- Willing to travel across VIC and TAS.
