This is the Integrator role; turning vision into execution, strategy into measurable outcomes, and growth into sustainable performance.

Lead and align the Senior Leadership Team
Drive business performance, financial discipline and operational excellence
Embed structure, accountability and high-performance rhythms
Strengthen manufacturing, commercial strategy and governance
Translate strategy into clear, executable plans

Proven senior operational leadership experience
